Tips for Good Project Records
- Set a clear title — Include the client name and what's being delivered.
- Always set start and end dates — This enables timeline tracking.
- Assign team members upfront — Ensure the right people have visibility from the start.
- Use a template — If similar projects recur, ask your admin to create a template to standardize your process.
- Link to the deal — Connecting the project to its originating deal gives you a complete client view.
