PRIVACY POLICY

SalesKey is committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the SalesKey website, applications, and services (collectively, the 'Service').

We believe transparency is essential. This policy explains what data we collect when you use SalesKey, how we use it, and what rights you have over your information.

By accessing or using SalesKey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Information We Collect

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and login credentials. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we also collect billing details through our payment processor.

CRM data: Any information you store in SalesKey — including contacts, leads, deals, notes, activities, emails, files, and pipeline data — belongs to you. We process it solely to deliver the Service.

Usage data: We collect anonymized data about how you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve product performance and user experience. This data does not identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

To deliver and operate the Service: Your data powers SalesKey's CRM features — pipeline management, contact tracking, automation, reporting, and team collaboration.

To communicate with you: We send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts, password resets) and, where you have opted in, product updates and newsletters. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

To improve the product: Aggregated usage insights help us identify which features are most valuable and where we can make improvements. We never use your CRM data for this analysis.

How We Share Information

Trusted service providers: We work with third-party providers for infrastructure hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and security monitoring. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it for the services they provide to us.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or where necessary to protect the safety or rights of SalesKey, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertising networks, or disclose it to any third party for their own commercial purposes.

Data Security

SalesKey implements industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. These include AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, secure authentication with multi-factor options, role-based access controls, and continuous security monitoring.

We conduct periodic security reviews and work with external security researchers through a responsible disclosure program.

While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take every reasonable measure to protect your information and will notify you promptly in the event of a security incident affecting your data.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to allow account recovery.

If you cancel your account, you have 30 days to export your data. After this window, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer period.

You can request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting support@saleskey.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can exercise most of these rights directly from your SalesKey account settings.

For requests that cannot be completed within the platform, contact us at support@saleskey.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and Tracking

SalesKey uses essential cookies to maintain sessions and ensure the platform functions correctly. We also use analytics cookies to understand how users navigate the product.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
