Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using SalesKey. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SalesKey CRM platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for or using SalesKey, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using SalesKey on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use SalesKey, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into these Terms. Notify us immediately at support@saleskey.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Permitted Use

SalesKey is a business CRM platform designed for managing sales pipelines, contacts, deals, and team collaboration. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to: upload unlawful or harmful content, conduct phishing or spam campaigns, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform, or circumvent any security or access controls.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Subscription, Payment, and Cancellation

SalesKey operates on a seat-based subscription model. Pricing is determined by the number and type of seats (Sales, Project, or All-in-One) in your account. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time.

A free trial is available with no credit card required. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

Your Data and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SalesKey — including contacts, deals, notes, files, and any other CRM content. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Upon account cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted. By using SalesKey, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the SalesKey platform. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

SalesKey is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice.

Intellectual Property

SalesKey, its software, branding, design, and all associated content are the exclusive property of SalesKey and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SalesKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We recommend exporting your data before cancellation, as described in our data retention policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SalesKey shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Each SalesKey account is intended for a single business entity. If you need to manage multiple businesses separately, please contact us to discuss workspace options.
