Profile Settings
Your profile settings control your personal account information, appearance preferences, and security settings.
Navigate to: Settings > Profile (or click your avatar in the bottom-left)
Updating Your Profile
- Go to Settings > Profile.
- Update any of the following:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email Address — The email you use to log in
- Profile Picture / Avatar — Upload a photo
- Timezone — Your local timezone (important for activity scheduling and timesheets)
- Date Format — How dates display for you (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY)
- Time Format — 12-hour or 24-hour
- Click Save to apply changes.
Changing Your Password
- Go to Settings > Profile.
- Find the Change Password section.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Save Password.
Passwords must meet minimum security requirements (length, character types). Use a strong, unique password.
Setting Your Timezone
Getting your timezone right is important because:
- Activity schedules (calls, meetings) display in your local time.
- Timesheet entries are recorded in your timezone.
- Calendar events sync correctly to Google Calendar.
To set your timezone:
- Go to Settings > Profile.
- Find the Timezone dropdown.
- Select your timezone from the list.
- Click Save.
Dark Mode
To toggle between light and dark mode:
- Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
- Toggle the Dark Mode switch.
This preference is saved per user.
Viewing Your Usage Stats
- Go to Settings > Profile.
- Find the Usage Stats section.
This shows your personal usage data, including storage used, records created, and other account metrics based on your subscription plan.
Viewing Your Team Memberships
In your profile, you can see which teams you are a member of. Team membership is managed by your administrator. Contact your admin if you need to be added to or removed from a team.
Deleting Your Account
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you need to delete your SalesKey account:
- Go to Settings > Profile.
- Find the Delete Account option.
- Read the warning carefully.
- Confirm the deletion.
Only administrators can delete other users' accounts. Regular users can delete only their own account. If you are the only admin, deleting your account may affect your organization's access.
