SalesKey connects with third-party tools to keep your calendar, email, and identity management in sync. This article provides an overview of all available integrations.

Navigate to: Settings > Integrations

Available Integrations

Email Integrations

Integration What It Does
Gmail Connect your Google email account to send, receive, and link emails to CRM records directly from SalesKey's Inbox.
Outlook / Microsoft 365 Connect your Microsoft email account for the same two-way email functionality.

To connect an email account, see Connecting an Email Account.

Calendar Integrations

Integration What It Does
Google Calendar Sync SalesKey activities (calls, meetings, tasks) with your Google Calendar. Events created in either system appear in both.

To set up calendar sync, see Using the Calendar View.

Identity and SSO Integrations

Integration What It Does
Microsoft (Azure AD) Allow team members to sign in to SalesKey using their Microsoft 365 account via Single Sign-On (SSO).
Google Allow team members to sign in using their Google account.

SSO is configured at the organization level. Contact your administrator to enable it.

Payment Integration

Integration What It Does
Stripe Powers SalesKey's subscription billing. Your payment method is processed securely via Stripe. No Stripe account is needed on your end.

See Subscription and Billing for billing management.

Connecting an Integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find the integration you want to connect.
  3. Click Connect or Enable.
  4. Follow the authentication prompts (you may be redirected to the third-party service to authorize access).
  5. Once authorized, the integration status will show as Connected.

Disconnecting an Integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find the connected integration.
  3. Click Disconnect.
  4. Confirm.

Note: Disconnecting an integration stops the sync going forward but does not remove data that was already imported or linked.

Troubleshooting Integrations

My email integration stopped syncing.

  • Go to Settings > Integrations and check if the integration shows as Connected.
  • If it shows an error, disconnect and reconnect to re-authorize.
  • Check that you haven't revoked SalesKey's access from within your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Google Calendar events are not appearing in SalesKey.

  • Ensure the calendar sync is enabled in your profile settings.
  • Check that you are viewing the correct calendar in Google Calendar (some users have multiple calendars).

SSO login is not working.

  • Contact your administrator — SSO requires configuration at the organization level.
  • Ensure your Microsoft or Google account belongs to the same domain your admin configured.
