Connecting an Integration
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find the integration you want to connect.
- Click Connect or Enable.
- Follow the authentication prompts (you may be redirected to the third-party service to authorize access).
- Once authorized, the integration status will show as Connected.
Disconnecting an Integration
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find the connected integration.
- Click Disconnect.
- Confirm.
Note: Disconnecting an integration stops the sync going forward but does not remove data that was already imported or linked.
Troubleshooting Integrations
My email integration stopped syncing.
- Go to Settings > Integrations and check if the integration shows as Connected.
- If it shows an error, disconnect and reconnect to re-authorize.
- Check that you haven't revoked SalesKey's access from within your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Google Calendar events are not appearing in SalesKey.
- Ensure the calendar sync is enabled in your profile settings.
- Check that you are viewing the correct calendar in Google Calendar (some users have multiple calendars).
SSO login is not working.
- Contact your administrator — SSO requires configuration at the organization level.
- Ensure your Microsoft or Google account belongs to the same domain your admin configured.
