Company Settings
Company settings control the global configuration of your SalesKey organization — how the platform looks and behaves for all users.
Navigate to: Settings > Company Preferences
Admin only: Most company settings require administrator permissions.
General Information
Update your organization's basic details:
- Company Name — Displayed throughout the platform
- Company Email — Primary contact email for your organization
- Company Phone — Main phone number
- Address — Full company address
Click Save to apply changes.
Localization Settings
Configure how data is displayed across the platform:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Currency | Default currency for deals, leads, and projects |
| Timezone | Default timezone for your organization |
| Date Format | How dates display (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY) |
| Time Format | 12-hour or 24-hour clock |
| Number Format | How large numbers display (e.g., 1,000.00 or 1.000,00) |
| Language | Interface language for all users |
Users can override some of these settings in their personal profile (e.g., timezone, date format).
Target Revenue
Set your organization's revenue targets:
- Go to Settings > Company Preferences.
- Find the Target Revenue section.
- Enter your annual or quarterly revenue goal.
- Click Save.
Target revenue is used in dashboard widgets to show progress toward your goal.
Timesheet Settings
Control how team members can log time:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Allow Manual Entry | Team members can manually add time entries |
| Allow Timer Entry | Team members can use the built-in timer |
You can enable one or both methods. Disabling both prevents any time tracking.
- Go to Settings > Company Preferences.
- Find the Timesheet Settings section.
- Toggle the desired settings.
- Click Save.
Dark Mode Default
Set whether dark mode is on or off by default for new users:
- Go to Settings > Company Preferences.
- Find the Dark Mode setting.
- Toggle on or off.
- Click Save.
Individual users can still override this in their personal settings.
Applying Changes
All company setting changes take effect immediately for all users. Some changes (like language) may require a page refresh.
