Lead Views

SalesKey offers two ways to view your leads:

Table View

A spreadsheet-style list of all leads with columns for title, value, status, source, assignee, and close date. You can:

  • Sort by any column (click the column header)
  • Resize and reorder columns
  • Filter and search

Kanban View

A card-based board where leads are grouped by status. Cards can be dragged between columns to update their status. Best for visualizing the flow of leads through your process.

Switch between views using the view toggle buttons in the top-right area of the Leads page.

Filtering Leads

Click the Filter button to narrow down which leads are shown:

Filter Description
Status Show only leads in a particular status (e.g., New, Qualified)
Source Channel Filter by where the lead came from
Assignee Show leads owned by a specific team member
Created Date Leads created within a date range
Expected Close Date Leads expected to close within a range
Labels Filter by tag
Custom Fields Filter by any custom field value

Click Clear Filters to reset to the full view.

Updating a Lead

Option 1 — Inline editing (Table View): Click a cell in the table to edit it directly.

Option 2 — Lead detail view: Click on the lead's title to open its full profile, then click Edit or the specific field you want to change.

Option 3 — Kanban drag-and-drop: Drag a card to a different column to update its status.

  2. Go to the Notes section.
  3. Click + Add Note and type your note.
  4. Click Save.

Notes are internal and visible only to your team.

Archiving Leads

When a lead is no longer active but you don't want to delete it:

  1. Select the lead(s) in the list (check the box) or open the lead.
  2. Click Archive from the actions menu.

Archived leads are hidden from the main view but can be accessed by filtering for Archived leads. You can restore archived leads at any time.

Deleting Leads

  1. Select the lead or open it.
  2. Click Delete and confirm.

Deleted leads can be restored by an administrator from Settings > Restore (within the retention window).

Bulk Actions

Select multiple leads using the checkboxes, then use the Bulk Actions menu to:

  • Change status for all selected leads
  • Assign to a team member
  • Add a label
  • Archive selected leads
  • Delete selected leads
