Standard Login

  1. Navigate to your SalesKey login page.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Optionally check Remember me to stay logged in on this device.
  4. Click Sign In.

If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, you will be asked to enter a verification code after your password. See Two-Factor Authentication for details.


Logging in via SSO

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you may be redirected to your identity provider to authenticate. Contact your administrator if you are unsure whether your organization uses SSO.


Switching Between Organizations

If you are a member of more than one SalesKey organization (tenant):

  1. Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
  2. Select Switch Organization from the menu.
  3. Choose the organization you want to switch to.

Each organization has its own isolated data, settings, and users.


Staying Logged In

  • Check Remember me on the login page to maintain your session across browser sessions.
  • Sessions will still expire after an extended period of inactivity for security.

Logging Out

  1. Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left of the sidebar.
  2. Click Logout.

You will be returned to the login page.


Troubleshooting

I cannot log in.

  • Double-check your email address for typos.
  • Make sure CAPS LOCK is not on when typing your password.
  • Use Forgot Password to reset your password.

I am not getting the 2FA code.

  • Make sure your authenticator app is synced to the correct time.
  • If you have lost access to your authenticator app, use one of your saved recovery codes.

My account is locked or inactive.

  • Contact your SalesKey administrator. They may need to reactivate your account in Settings > Users.
