How to Register
Getting Started
•Apr 10, 2026There are two ways to get started with SalesKey: by accepting an invitation from your organization, or by starting a new account as an organization owner.
Option 1: Accepting an Invitation (Most Common)
If your company is already using SalesKey, an administrator will send you an invitation by email.
- Check your inbox for an email from SalesKey with the subject line containing your invitation.
- Click the invitation link inside the email. This will open SalesKey in your browser.
- Fill in your details on the registration form:
- First name and last name
- A password of your choosing (must meet minimum security requirements)
- Click Accept Invitation to complete the process.
- You will be logged in automatically and taken to your organization's dashboard.
Note: Invitation links expire after a set period. If your link has expired, ask your administrator to resend the invitation from Settings > Users > Invitations.
Option 2: Starting a New Organization Account
If you are setting up SalesKey for your company for the first time:
- Go to the SalesKey sign-up page provided to you.
- Enter your name, email address, and password.
- Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click Create Account.
- You will be taken through the Company Setup wizard where you will:
- Enter your company name, contact information, and address
- Set your preferred currency, timezone, and date format
- Optionally enable timesheet (time tracking) features
- Add a payment method to activate your subscription
- After completing setup, you will land on your dashboard.
After Registering
Once registered, we recommend completing these steps:
- Set up your profile — Add your avatar and confirm your timezone in Settings > Profile.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication — Add an extra layer of security in Settings > Two-Factor Authentication.
- Connect your email — Link your Gmail or Outlook account in the Inbox section to start sending and receiving emails within SalesKey.
- Invite your team — Go to Settings > Users to send invitations to your colleagues.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive an invitation email.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ask your administrator to resend the invitation from Settings > Users > Invitations.
My invitation link is not working.
- Invitation links expire. Ask your administrator to resend the invitation.
I forgot my password during setup.
- Use the Forgot Password flow to reset your password.
