•Apr 10, 2026If you have forgotten your SalesKey password, you can reset it using your registered email address.
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to the SalesKey login page.
- Click Forgot your password? below the sign-in button.
- Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from SalesKey.
- Click the Reset Password link in the email.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click Reset Password.
- You will be redirected to the login page. Sign in with your new password.
Tips for a Strong Password
- Use at least 8 characters.
- Mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid using your name, email, or common words.
- Do not reuse passwords from other services.
Troubleshooting
I did not receive the reset email.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive before requesting another.
The reset link is not working.
- Password reset links expire after a short period. Return to the Forgot Password page and request a new link.
I keep forgetting my password.
- Consider using a password manager to securely store your credentials.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication for additional account security.
My email address is not recognized.
- You may have registered with a different email address.
- If you are a team member, contact your administrator — they can check which email your account is registered under.
