The Dashboard is your SalesKey home screen — a customizable hub that shows the metrics and information most important to you. Every time you log in, the dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your business performance.

Navigate to: Dashboard

What Is the Dashboard?

The dashboard displays widgets — individual panels that each show a specific type of data. You can arrange, add, and remove widgets to create a view that suits your role and workflow.

Examples of widgets:

  • Pipeline value and deal counts
  • Activity feed (recent actions across the system)
  • Revenue charts
  • Team performance metrics
  • Upcoming tasks and activities
  • Key KPI numbers (total leads, deals, revenue)

Multiple Dashboards

You can create multiple dashboards — for example:

  • A personal dashboard for your own KPIs
  • A team dashboard for your manager to monitor performance
  • An executive dashboard with company-wide metrics

To switch between dashboards: Use the dashboard selector dropdown at the top of the page.

To create a new dashboard: Click + New Dashboard in the dashboard selector.

Date Range Filtering

Most widgets respond to a date filter:

  1. Click the Date Range selector at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Choose a period:
    • Today
    • This Week
    • This Month
    • Last 30 Days
    • Custom Range (pick any start and end date)
  3. All widgets update to show data for the selected period.

Lock filters: You can lock the date filter to prevent accidental changes when sharing the dashboard with others.

Dashboard Permissions and Sharing

  • Private dashboards — Visible only to you.
  • Shared dashboards — You can share a dashboard with specific team members.
  • Share with view or edit permissions.

To share a dashboard: Open the dashboard settings and add the team members you want to share with.
