Using the Calendar View
The Calendar View gives you a visual representation of all your scheduled activities. It is the best way to manage your time, spot conflicts, and see what's coming up.
Navigate to: Activities > Calendar
Calendar Views
Switch between different time perspectives using the view controls:
| View | Description |
|---|---|
| Week | See all activities for the current week, hour by hour |
| Month | A full monthly overview with activity counts per day |
| Agenda | A list-style view of upcoming activities in chronological order |

Filtering the Calendar
Use the Filter button to show only certain activities:
- By assignee — See only your activities or a specific team member's
- By activity type — Show only calls, only meetings, etc.
- By status — Show only planned, completed, or cancelled activities
Color Coding
Activities are color-coded by type so you can visually distinguish meetings from calls from tasks at a glance. Colors are set by your administrator in Settings > Activity Types.
Google Calendar Sync
SalesKey can sync with your Google Calendar for a unified view of all your events:
To enable Google Calendar sync:
- Go to Settings > Profile or the Integrations section.
- Connect your Google account.
- Authorize SalesKey to access your calendar.
Once connected:
- Activities created in SalesKey appear in your Google Calendar.
- Events created in Google Calendar appear in SalesKey's calendar view.
- Changes sync in both directions.
Note: Only activities with a start time are synced to Google Calendar. Notes and tasks without scheduled times may not sync.
Tips for Calendar Management
- Check your calendar at the start of each day — Use the Agenda or Week view for a daily plan.
- Block focus time — Create a high-priority task for deep work so colleagues know when you are busy.
- Reschedule promptly — If an activity cannot happen as scheduled, drag it to a new time immediately.
- Link activities to deals/leads — Activities without linked records won't contribute to your CRM history.
